Piano lesson 2h
– Please do not make payment for your lesson until you have contacted us first to check availability.
1. All lessons must be paid in advance. NO EXCEPTIONS.
2. Payment can be made via PayPal, cash or bank transfer.
3. Pupil’s wishing to pay via PayPal please visit our Rates page for payment options.
1. We have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy.
2. If a student needs to cancel a lesson (for whatever reason) they must do so by providing us with at least 24 hours notice. Any notifications under 24 hours notice will result in the student forfeiting the lesson fee.
3. If the student cancels a lesson with at least 24 hours notice they have the opportunity to do ONE make-up lesson according to teacher availability.
4. Make-up lessons must be taken within one month of the day of the original reservation.
5. The make-up lesson CANNOT be cancelled or rescheduled.
1. We DO NOT offer refunds. Once payment has been received the student must commit to taking the lesson or they will forfeit their lesson fee(s). NO EXCEPTIONS.
